SMILE-Supporting Mental Health in Young People: Integrated Methodology for cLinical dEcisions and evidence-based interventions“ is a project co-funded by the European Commission under the Horizon Europe Program for Research and Innovation 2021-2027 (Call: HORIZON-HLTH-2022-STAYHLTH-01-two-stage under Grant Agreement No. 101080923 ) .
The SMILE project, driven by a consortium of 15 partners across 9 European countries, focuses on strengthening the mental health of young individuals aged 10 to 24 in today’s complex society. Through an Open Knowledge Platform (OKP) enriched with innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence and chatbots, SMILE offers digital tools (such as the serious game and the companion App) and resources to promote resilience, cognitive flexibility, and social competence . It also educates parents, teachers, and professionals about youth mental health challenges.
Stakeholders play a critical role in ensuring the success of SMILE. This questionnaire seeks to understand the perceptions of stakeholders at this project' s stage and their trust in digital solutions. More importantly, it aims to align SMILE’s goals and actions with stakeholders’ perspectives and expectations.
Stakeholders have played a pivotal role in the co-creation design process of the SMILE project through focus groups and Living Lab event so far (more details available at Join SMILE Community (horizonsmile.eu). These participatory approaches have facilitated meaningful engagement, ensuring that the perspectives of diverse stakeholders and in particular end-users are incorporated into the project’s development.
Your insights are vital in shaping SMILE's digital ecosystem very effective, tailored, and impactful for young people. Thank you in advance for your valuable contribution.
