Young Global Innovators (h2.co/ygi): this global cohort-based initiative is designed for rising entrepreneurs and offers valuable leadership development opportunities with a strong global context through membership with H2. Each cohort consists of a diverse group of Founder/CEOs of leading VC-backed companies who are under 40 at the time of joining. Young Global Innovators are nominated by the H2 community and join as members of H2's global Chapters on an annual basis.

All nominated profiles will be jointly evaluated by our Global and Chapter-level teams to identify leading candidates, factoring in growth and diversity objectives, ahead of further engagement with prospects including outreach to communicate nominations and coordinate a short 1:1 session with one of our Chapter Chairs or our Global team. Nominators will be contacted within (5) business days of submitting nominations with an update ahead of engagement with any candidates. We especially welcome nominations for women and for leaders from underrepresented communities.
