Firstly, thank you for assisting me in my research. This questionnaire aims to gather an understanding of the public perceptions of byways in the Peak district, with a specific focus on the (as yet unfinished) resurfacing of the Rushup Edge Right of Way from Edale to Chapel-En-Le-Frith, and how this resurfacing work may have affected the use of the byway for recreational users.
For the sake of this research, the Rushup Edge byway is considered to be the section of byway from the junction with the Chapel gate route to Edale to the junction with Sheffield road, highlighted in the blue oval on the following map.

If you are unsure, the resurfacing work in question began in October 2014.
