Terms of Limited Warranty

Wood Violins instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship manufacturing defects for a period of ONE YEAR from date of purchase.

A copy of the original sales slip must accompany any instrument sent back to Wood Violins. Before sending in product for repair contact Wood Violins Customer Service at: 1-516-767-6677 or email customerservice@woodviolins.com for a Return Authorization Number. Without one, your shipment will not be accepted.

This warranty does not apply to instruments damaged due to abnormal strain, neglect, abuse, modification or accident, products purchased from dealers or websites that are not authorized to sell Wood Violins products, and products with trademarks, logos, names, numbers or other identifying information that have been altered or removed.

This warranty is only good for products purchased in the United States, and is nontransferable. It is limited to the repair or replacement of this product itself, not any related product that is used with it, and no incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit, loss of time claim. Failure of Wood Violins to provide proper warranty service shall not entitle the buyer to claim incidental or consequential damages. In no event shall the liability of Wood Violins exceed the invoiced value of the product.
