- TERMS -

• 1 NEW and EXCLUSIVE item. Keep in mind that you will be alloted a single vendor (i.e. You cannot set out multiple versions or colours of your item)
• 1 FREEBIE gift of a value of no less than 100L (does not have to be a new item)
• Implant appliers MUST be included in all clothing items sold at the event, and all items MUST be breast implant compatible (this is a Cleavage event, after all)
• Accepted designers are required to join the in-world group and remain in the group for the duration of the event.
• Participating designers will be provided with one vendor for their exclusive item and one vendor for their freebie item.
• Respect all deadlines (see timeline below)
• Refrain from using any and all copyrighted material. [Consult the Linden Labs Terms of Service (ToS) and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)]


- TIMELINE -

• Fill out the online application form by Saturday, November 8th.
• An invitation will be sent to the event group shortly after the designers are selected. Once you've received and accepted the group invitation, send your payment to Kantatas Resident by November 15th.
• Rez the event info board in your mainstore by November 15th.
• Send full perm ad pics to Kantatas Resident by Monday, November 24th.
• Set up begins Thursday, November 27th and ends Sunday, November 30th at 3pm SLT
• Event opens on Monday, December 1st at 9am SLT
• Promote the event in-world and through social media (flickr, Facebook, etc.)
• Event ends Thursday, January 1st at 11:59pm SLT


- SPONSORS -

There are 5 sponsor spots available. Please indicate whether you'd like to be considered for a sponsor spot when filling out the online application form. Please note: only current Cleavage shops in good standing are eligible for a Sponsor spot


- FEE -

The event fee is 500L for participants / 1000L for Sponsors.


- PHOTO CONTEST -

The month will include other events as part of Cleavage's 2nd Birthday, including a photo contest where participants will be asked to take a photo of themselves with at least one exclusive item purchased at the "Cleavage Celebrates 2yrs" event.

Cleavage staff, renters, bloggers and event participants are not eligible to participate in the photo contest.

- BIRTHDAY PARTY -

Cleavage will also be hosting a party on December 30th (our actual birthday date!) with DJs and prizes.
