Join us on Friday for the screening of We Are U — Teens who give us Hope, a film that shares the stories of Ukrainian teenagers fighting for their education despite the war in their homeland.
After the film, we will have an exclusive discussion with its creators from the nonprofit SavED.
SavED was started after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Just as the name implies, the organization's mission is to save education in Ukraine — SavED’s projects include rebuilding schools damaged by the bombing and facilitating online & alternative learning for children who have lost their schools, thus restoring access to education.
