Linn County Pioneer Picnic Arts, Craft, Commercial & Informational  Vendor Application  
The Linn County Pioneer Association invites you to have a booth at the 139th Annual Linn County Pioneer Picnic, June 19, 20 & 21, 2026 in Historical Brownsville, Oregon. The Linn County Pioneer Picnic is the oldest continuous festival in Oregon, celebrating the past and present with games, entertainment, food, contests, shows and more.  The Linn County Pioneer Picnic is hosted in historic Brownsville’s Pioneer Park, which borders the scenic Calapooyia River just off Main Street.

Booth size is 10’X10’ for all three days is $55.00. Non-Selling, Non-Profit informational booths are free. You must provide your own tables and popup tent. This is an outside show regardless of the weather. No security is provided by the Linn County Pioneer Association. Camping is allowed in approved or designated areas (additional fee may apply.)

Applications must be received no later than June 1, 2026 for the committee’s approval. After you receive an approval notice, then you can pay the fee online (*a link will be emailed to you for online payment or can be found at PioneerPicnic.com) or you can pay by mail no later than June 1, 2026.

Concessionaire Release of Liability Form 2026 Linn County Pioneer Picnic

  1. In consideration of permission from the Linn County Pioneer Association to participate in the 2026 Linn County Pioneer Picnic as a concessionaire, the undersigned hereby release the Linn County Pioneer Association, its officers, members, agents, all employees and the City of Brownsville from any and all liability or claim arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death that may be sustained by the undersigned in preparation for this event or at any time before, during or after the Linn County Pioneer Picnic Weekend. I am aware of the risks and hazards in preparing for and participating in this event. This release shall be binding on my heirs, next of kin, and administrators.  I certify that I have read this release, I understand it and that I am 18 years of age or older.

Concessionaire Rules 2026 Linn County Pioneer Picnic
*All applications must be approved and accepted by the Booth Committee. All decisions of the Booth Committee will be final. Applications not accepted will receive a full refund. Only items included in your application will be allowed. Substitutions or additions must be cleared through the committee.

*We accept Arts and Craft items. Commercially made items considered on case by case basis. Decisions will be made by the committee. Please call for clarification, if questions.

*Booth construction can be begin on Thursday, June 18th and must be completed by opening time Friday. Booth space will be 10’ X 10’ in size.

*During business hours, all booths shall be operational and no vehicles will be allowed access to the Booth area. If minimum hours are not followed; participant/booth may not be allowed back the following year.

Set up and Check in Hours:

Thurs, June 18th           4:00pm to 6:00pm
Friday, June 19th          8:00am to 10:00am

Minimum Business Hours:

Friday, June 19th          1:00pm to 7:30pm
Saturday, June 20th   12:00pm to 7:30pm
Sunday, June 21st     11:00am to 4:00pm

Concessionaire Agreement 2026 Linn County Pioneer Picnic
The undersigned parties, the booth operator, hereinafter called the “Concessionaire” and the Linn County Pioneer Association hereinafter called the “Association”, do agree as follows.

1. That the Association is in charge of the celebration within the City of Brownsville, known as the Linn County Pioneer Picnic, and the such celebration shall begin about 1:00pm,  Friday, June 19th and run through 4:00pm, Sunday, June 21st, 2026, inclusive under the auspices of the Association.

2. That the Concessionaire shall set up a structure hereinafter called the “booth” and be operational and ready for business on or before 1:00pm, June 19th, 2026 and furthermore said booth shall stay in business and operational until 4:00pm, Sunday, June 21st, 2026. The booth must be removed by midnight, Sunday, June 21st, 2026.

3. That the Concessionaire covenants and agrees to and with the Association that no intoxicating beverages, drugs or drug related items of any kind or description shall be sold or given away at said booths. Absolutely no drug paraphernalia.

4. That the Concessionaire shall procure at his own cost and expense all the necessary city, county, and state licenses and official permits for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this agreement.

5. That the Concessionaire shall be responsible for his own liability insurance policy.

6. That the Concessionaire will sign and submit his application and liability release form furnished by the Association.
