Thank you for your interest in participating in Kodomo no Hi Japan Festival.

STOP: THIS FORM IS FOR STALL HOLDER APPLICATIONS. IF YOU ARE A PERFORMER, DISPLAY HOLDER, OR A BUSINESS ADVERTISING ITS SERVICES, PLEASE APPLY ON THE PERFORMER/DISPLAY HOLDER APPLICATION FORM.

PLEASE ALLOW THE FOLLOWING TIME TO COMPLETE THIS FORM

Stallholder (no food) - 15 minutes
Stallholder (food) - 30 minutes

All of our forms are now online. This is the only form you will have to complete.

Kodomo no Hi will be held on Sunday 5th May 2019 at Thebarton Community Centre, Torrensville.

Important Dates

* Friday March 29th 5pm - Stall holder Application Deadline
* Prior to April 6th - Results communicated to stall holder applicants. Fee payment info will be sent to successful applicants.
* Saturday April 6th 1pm - Compulsory Stall holder information session (Location TBC)#
* Monday April 15th - Final day for fee payment & submission of all required documents
* Sunday 5th May - Kodomo no Hi event day

# The information session is compulsory and must be attended by the stall holder or a representative. Non-attendance will result in your registration being cancelled.

Summary of fees

Fees paid at the end of the event:
1) As a condition of your participation, JAFA will collect 15% of your day’s revenue at the end of the event.

Fees paid prior to the event (Payment deadline: Monday April 15th)
2) The City of West Torrens Council - Stall Holder Fee - $43
3) Any additional fees such as stall holder sites larger than 3m x 3m, equipment hire, or electricity supply charge etc.

Other Notes

* Please note that if you are operating a food stall, attendance at our food safety information session is compulsory.

* Sale of soft drinks and water: Please note that stallholders will not be permitted to sell soft drinks or bottled water. All other beverages are permitted.

* Kodomo no Hi Japan Festival is an outdoor event. The event will take place regardless of the weather - rain hail or shine. Any fees paid prior to the event are non refundable.
