ASU Prep Family Referral Form

As a valued member of the ASU learning community, we want to thank our students, families, employees, and alumni for sharing our program with others.

When you refer a new student who enrolls full-time and remains enrolled for at least 60 days, we will happily send you a $50 Amazon gift card. Additionally, we will send the new student a $30 voucher for the school store, which can be used for uniforms and/or Sun Devil gear!
