Be respectful of Market Staff/Security. Verbal and physical abuse will not be tolerated at any time. All concerns should be brought directly to the onsite Market Manager.
Be respectful of your neighbouring vendors. Keep your setup within your allotted space and be aware of any signage or displays that may block views.
Smoking is NOT permitted within the Market as per the Charlottetown Smoke Free Places Bylaw.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages is NOT permitted within the Market as per Liquor Control Act, Section 39.
Notice must be given for all Cancelations. See Vendor Information for details.
Management shall have the final say in any disputes.
