Fall 2020 First-Year Aggie Connections Facilitator Proposal Form
If you're interested in facilitating a new First-Year Aggie Connection during fall quarter 2020, please fill out the following form.

> > > Please note: If you are interested in renewing a past Connection and do not have changes to your title, description, and theme category, please reach out to aggieconnect@ucdavis.edu to finalize your meeting details--you do not need to fill out a proposal form.

All "for-credit", unit-bearing Connections must secure a CRN and have all logistics determined prior to being designated as a Connection.

Not-for-credit Connections are expected to meet a minimum of six times throughout the quarter in 50-minute sessions.
If needed, FYAC staff will help secure room reservations and other details for not-for-credit Connections formed through the proposal process.

Is your Connection a for-credit seminar? Note: In order to be a for-credit Connection, your seminar has to be approved through an academic department (for example: Sociology 198, Science and Society 198). You must have a sponsoring department and Instructor of Record on file before becoming a Connection. FYAC is not responsible for coordinating logistics regarding Instructor of Record or confirmation of CRNs, etc. *
