I understand and accept that participation in this shooting competition has inherent risks and agree to hold harmless the Pikes Peak Gun Club, SoCo Practical Shooters (SCPS), United State Practical Shooting (USPSA) and their officers.  See Affirmation and Liability Release and Indemnification below.

I affirm I am a person of good character, and I am not a convicted felon. By entering your name, or your agent entering your name below, you agree to the Liability Release & Indemnification below.

Liability Release and Indemnification:

I understand that SoCo Practical Shooters (“SCPS”) utilizes property owned by the Pikes Peak Gun Club (“PPGC”), hereinafter referred to as the “Club” upon which to conduct its shooting activities.  Therefore, I hereby release SCPS, the Club, their officers, agents and employees from any and all claims for injury, liability and damage that may be sustained by virtue of my participation in any SCPS or Club activity.  In addition, I agree that I will at all times indemnify and hold harmless SCPS, the Club, their officers, agents and employees, and their successors, from and against all claims, suits, damages, costs, losses and expenses incurred in any manner resulting from or arising out of my participation in any activity conducted under the auspices of SCPS and/or the Club.
