The NGS Summer Course would appreciate your feedback. We would like to know more about your relationship to computational science at the start of the workshop.

Completion of this survey is completely voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time or refuse to answer any particular question without penalty. Responses are being collected by an outside third party (STEM, E.D., LLC) and will be de-identified prior to reporting of de-identified aggregate results to NGS Summer Course personnel.
