In January, families were notified of their child's CPP Preschool Program match for the 2025-2026 school year. Nearly all families that completed the CPP application were matched with one of their preschool choices. Per CPP policy, families will only receive one match and if that match is declined, they will not receive another placement for the 2025-2026 school year through CPP. Transfers from the preschools that families were matched with are only approved in rare circumstances in which families are experiencing a hardship that would require them to transfer to a different program. If you would like to request a transfer, please complete the form below

Please note:

To participate in the transfer process, you need to accept your original match. This guarantees that a seat is held for your child.
Filling out this form does not guarantee a transfer.
Transfer requests will be handled on a case by case basis
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to approve any request or offer a transfer.
