A team parent plays a crucial role in supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations on and off the field. Responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating team communication.
• Organizing team events and activities.
• Managing team logistics such as schedules and transportation.
• Facilitating parent involvement.
• Assisting with fundraising efforts.
• Providing support to coaches and players.

Team parents are a vital link between the coaching staff, players, and parents, helping to create a positive and cohesive team environment. Their dedication and organization contribute to the overall success and enjoyment of the team experience.

Instructions: Please fill out ALL information requested. A person shall be considered for any position within TJYAA once a completed application is submitted and approved by the TJYAA Board. Also, by volunteering, you agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by TJYAA Board and understand that failure to comply with all regulations can result in termination as a volunteer. All applications are subject to review and approval by the TJYAA Board.
