Hey!

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join the React Universe Conf 2025 Team and help us create an unforgettable experience for all attendees.

Date: September 2–4, 2025
Location: Wrocław, Poland

What we offer:

As a volunteer, you'll receive free access to the conference on September 3 and 4, including the Afterparty! We do not cover your travel costs and accommodation though.

Your responsibilities:

We need your help on-site before, during, and after the conference. Specifically, on September 4, you'll assist with final preparations, and during the conference days, we'll need your help during registration and breaks. Tasks include:

• Assembling welcome packs
• Supporting sponsors in setting up their booths
• Setting up conference banners/branding
• Assisting with attendee registration
• Monitoring the chillout zone
• Supporting technical staff as needed

You would be asked to arrive to Wrocław on September 4 to attend the afternoon team briefing and help with the final preparations.
