Thank you for your interest in Santa Barbara Meals on Wheels!  We provide a warm, nutritious meal daily to older adults, individuals with disabilities, people recovering from illness or surgery or who are homebound in Santa Barbara, and we are now beginning to deliver to areas of Goleta based on delivery address (Monday through Friday only).  Delivery is not available in Montecito or Carpinteria. 

Meals & Options  

  • Includes entrée, starch, vegetables, soup, salad/fruit, dessert, and milk 
  •   Freshly prepared daily by Valle Verde Retirement Community
  • Delivered between 10:00am and 1:00pm
  • Vegetarian and texture-modified options available
  • Suitable for most diets (diabetic clients can adapt as needed)
Payments & Commitment
  • Meal pricing is offered on sliding scale based on one's monthly income
  • Two-week initial commitment; minimum 3 meals/week
  • Payment accepted by check, money order, or online at mealsonwheelssb.org
  • Must be home between 10:00am - 1:00pm to accept meal
Volunteer Visits
Our volunteers deliver more than a meal—they bring a warm greeting and a caring connection that many clients look forward to.  Contact-free delivery is available upon request.
