Visitor Covenant
This virtually signed covenant is your commitment to the safety of all participants of ministries with Morrow Church. Anyone interested in attending an in-person event at Morrow Church commits to the following:
To protect the health of everyone, please review these questions:
Have you experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in past 14 days, have you tested positive or been diagnosed for COVID-19 and/or have you had close contact with a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case in past 14 days.
Have you had any one or more of these symptoms today or within the past 24 hours, which is new or not explained by another reason? • Fever (over 100.4 degrees), Chills, or Repeated Shaking/Shivering • Cough • Sore Throat • Shortness of Breath, Difficulty Breathing • Feeling Unusually Weak or Fatigued • Loss of Taste or Smell • Muscle pain • Headache • Runny or congested nose
If any answers to any of these questions are yes/positive, you agree not participate in any in-person ministries of Morrow Church until you have recovered, or until your healthcare provider has confirmed you are no longer contagious, or the quarantine period has passed.
You also commit to the following:
You will continually wear a face mask
You will maintain a 6-foot distance from other participants
You will refrain from singing
You will follow CDC recommendations for hand-washing and sanitizing
You will contact Morrow Church if you develop COVID-19 or have any symptoms of COVID-19 after participating in an in-person ministry of Morrow Church.
