The following form is due the Sunday before your competition. 

i.e. Competition proposal is submitted before Sunday 9/21 for a competition on Saturday 9/27.

For multiple games during a weekend do the following:
  • AWAY Competitions: Submit one competition proposal for the whole weekend 
  • HOME Competitions: Submit one competition proposal per day
