In case you absolutely cannot register for State of the Map Baltics 2013 using the standard Eventbrite form at http://sotm-baltics.org/register.html (you don't have a payment card or don't want to share its number with PayPal), please fill out this form instead.

Registration fee should be sent to a bank account specified below, paid in cash on the conference day (not the best option), or transferred to a member of the organization team after discussing it with them (you can contact the team by writing to org@sotm-baltics.org).
