4.45 PM - Assemble at Koyambedu
5.00 PM - Departure from Koyambedu - Planning to book a SETC semi sleeper
5.30 PM - Assemble at Perungalathur
5.45 PM - Departure from Perungalathur

31th Oct

8.00 AM- Reached in Nammann farm

Then we will work in the farm and learning organic farming methods

Night stay in farm or small home

1st Nov

7.00 AM to 12.00 PM - Work in Farm
12.30 PM to 1.30 PM - Lunch
2.00 PM - Take a bus to Poombarai
3.00 to 5.30 -Meet Mercury poisoning affected people and discussion
6.30 PM - Feedback session
6.30 PM - Departure from Kodaikanal

We will be using public transports.

The meeting point is Koyambedu  Busstand (4.40 PM ) and Perungalathur  (5.25 PM). From there we need to get a bus towards Kodaikanal.

if you come from other places please assemble at 6.30 AM in kodaikanal perumalmalai check post.

Food will be taken in small hotel and Namman farm

Please bring below things because we are going to stay there for a night

1.Light and comfortable dressing to work in farm [You will not be able to work with shoes and jeans or pants etc…]
2.Adequate dress for 2 night and 2 day
3.Umbrella
4.Reusable PET bottle
5.Light blanket
6.Air pillow [if you prefer to have one]
7.Flash light
8.Slippers or floaters
9.Cap
Costing
The average cost of this event will be Rs.1500/- Per person including transport, stay and food.The mentioned amount is applicable who all are coming from Chennai.

This amount will be collected from the members before the event and anything that remains will be given back. If the cost exceed the said amount, exceeding amount will again be collected from every member.
Full account details will be shared with all the members of the event.

Members who are taking care of their own transport need not have to pay for transport.
