A one-time registration fee of $10 is due upon completion of this form. Please e-transfer to admin@sunniyat.org or pay in person at the Madrasah's office. 

1.Entry to Madrassah is from 10:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Doors will be locked at 11, and parents will need to contact the office for entry.
2. Assembly will begin at 11 a.m. sharp and student must be present.
3. Any students arriving after the assembly will be marked late.
4. Students must remain at Madrassah until 2 p.m. Please speak to the office if an early dismissal is required.
5. Absences must be reported to the teacher prior to 11:30 a.m. of the day of absence.
6. If your child is absent for more than 3 weeks without any report from the parents, then registration, including the registration fee, will be required again.
7. The monthly fee of $15 is due at the first Saturday of each month when classes are running. There will be an extra charge for late fees. Fees may be e-transferred or paid in person. Please speak to the office if you would like to pay for the entire year in one payment. 
8. All materials will be provided to the students. Any replacements will come with a charge.
9. Madrassah takes place at a Masjid. Please be mindful of the manners of attending the Masjid (being clean, no running, etc) when you are here.
10. Absolutely no disrespect to anyone will be tolerated and may lead to suspension.
