SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION PROCESS
• Registration for camp is on a first come, first served basis. Camp will be conducted rain or shine. Please refer back to the website for camp descriptions and dates. If a camp session is full, your child will be placed on the Wait List. A Wait List is a list of campers who would like to register for a camp session that is already full. You are welcome to sign up for the Wait List; but, it does not guarantee registration. A spot will only open up for your child if someone else cancels their camp registration and you are next on the Wait List. Our Registrar can inform you of your placement on the wait list. Camp fees: Aquatic Adventurers (ages 6-8) = $325 non-members; $300 members; Marine Explorers (ages 9-11) = $325 non-member; $300 members; and, Junior Oceanographers (ages 12-14) = $375 non-members; $350 members.
• COMPLETING THIS FORM: Please fill in the fields below to register. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) require you to fill them in. Once you submit this request form, our camp registrar will contact you within 3 business days to acknowledge your registration and collect your credit card information. PLEASE NOTE: your child's spot in summer camp will not be confirmed until payment has been received!
• REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: You will receive a NY Aquarium Summer Camp Welcome Packet confirming your registration once your payment has been received. Your packet will include important information such as camp logistics, a camper release form, and directions to complete the NYC Dept. of Health medical form. PLEASE NOTE: All campers MUST SUBMIT a completed medical form and vaccination record by the 1st day of camp. Your child will not be admitted into the camp without the completed and signed form. • CANCELLATION POLICY (reminder): There will be no refunds for cancellations from programs made less than four weeks from the 1st day of the registered camp session date. A 50% refund for cancellations from camp will be provided if written requests are received 4 weeks prior to the registered session. All cancellation requests must be made in writing either by email (NYAregistrar@wcs.org) or fax (718-265-3451). We reserve the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration. A full refund will be made in that case.
