We want to award these scholarships to folks who will be active participants of this course, so we invite you to be realistic, honest, and kind to yourself as you consider your schedule before applying.  An active participant of this course or workshop will take advantage of everything that it has to offer, which includes being active/present in our virtual gatherings,  participating on the student forum, and completing any assignments or portfolio projects.
