ExSoc Subcomittee Application 2026
Thank you for your interest in joining UNSW Exchange Society's subcom! We have ambitious plans for 2026 to build a bigger community of inbound and outbound students and are looking for subcom members who have a genuine passion for exchange and building a culturally diverse community ✨

We are looking for subcom members for the Events Portfolio and the Media/Marketing Portfolio. 

As an Events subcom member you will have the opportunity to: 
  • Assist in planning and organising social events for exchange students 
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for any event necessities 
  • Host and manage social events including handling logistics and guest lists
  • Pitch new event ideas and help drive student engagement and participation
  • Provide support to outbound students preparing for their exchanges abroad 
As a Media/Marketing Subcom Member 
  • Promote our society through our social media accounts and attendance at events run by the UNSW Exchange Office
  • Design promotional materials such as posts, reels, stories, posters, and event banners
  • Capture photo and video content at events to showcase our community and boost online presence
  • Engage with followers by responding to messages, comments, and enquiries in a timely and friendly manner
