The department is proposing several changes to Regulation 6 of Colorado Board of Health Rule 5 CCR 1006-2, Medical Use of Marijuana. The proposed changes would update rules governing the petition process to add debilitating medical conditions.

Comments are due by 5 p.m. February 10, 2019. Feedback must be limited to the proposed changes and received by the deadline to be considered. The department will review all comments received and incorporate feedback, as appropriate.
