Parents/Guardians: Please only complete this form if you do not want your student to be issued a Chromebook  as part of the ABRHS 1:1 Program.  If you wish to opt your student out of the 1:1 program, please review the 1:1 Opt Out Agreement and complete this form  once per ABRHS student.

If my student has already been issued a Chromebook by the district, they will return it to the Student Help Desk within 14 days of this form being completed.  *
