To succeed in this role, you must be a team player, be confident and comfortable making sales and have a naturally warm and welcoming personality.
You'll stand out if you have some service experience (but its not critical) and a can do attitude.
As a Manager, you will have some experience working in a similar or relatable style of premises. You must consider hospitality as a way of life, not just something the FOH team must exhibit to customers but also a critical element of your working relationship with the rest of the team.
To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable working alone, be methodical and be willing to follow the systems set out by the General Manager and owners.
