Hi, dear backers:
Last week I wrote an email about the Heroquest project situation and I promised that this week I would send you a survey to all of you to know your opinion about next steps we must do (I'm sorry I almost be late). 370 people has answered to the first message. I'm really glad you messaged me and there's a few emails which I'm not answered yet (I'm sorry fot the delay, there's a lot)
* The email was sent to all the backers but there is a possibility some of you didn't received it becaus anti-spam filters.
The survey has been very hard to make, not for a technical thing but for the election of proper questions. I really don't know if we did a good job but we'd loke to know your thinking about the project. Because this we have divided in "waiting", "asking for information", “refund” and "compensation".
The survey will be open until thursday and the next day we will make another one. The next survey will give us a more detailed instructions for us based on the previous one (my intention is to not delay this and make actions the fastest we can; you are 5.000 backers and it' complicated).
Instructions:
This survey is aimed to all the backers on Lanzanos on the Heroquest project, to all the people who bought the game on Gamezones’s Site and these people who bought a pledge from other people.
Only one vote for user will be able, and the second question is your Lanzanos email registration. We will run a filter and this email must be deleted if it’s not inside our database as Lanzanos backer or client (pre-purchase)
All the results of these surveys will be public to be the most transparent we can (emails will be encrypted through MD5 to protect your information)

WAITING. It means that you want to wait until Gammon finish the project. You don’t want intervention nor information.
INFORMATION. You want information about the project, from a release date to a detailed study of the actual situation of the product. Eventually this could involve a voluntary audit or even a lawsuit action to reach it.
REFUND. You don’t want to take part on this project anymore and you want your money back, from a voluntary refund or even through a lawsuit action.
COMPENSATION. This is the most hard and complicated. It includes a refund or compensation, considering this project is a scam or fraud.
