Pappas Way Community Survey
Located in South Boston, Pappas Way runs between The Reserved Channel and the Pappas Commerce Center. The street serves as the gateway to a 42 acre site presently housing industrial, logistics, and innovation uses across 9 buildings. In 2019 Pappas Enterprises and Oxford Properties formed a new partnership to own and operate this important corridor that bridges the emerging Seaport district to the established neighborhood of South Boston. It is our goal to build on this connectivity while proudly reflecting South Boston’s history and culture.

Together, Pappas Enterprises and Oxford Properties are starting to talk to stakeholders like you about opportunities to activate the site in the short-term, while also beginning to explore the long-term future of this important area of the city. As we look forward to creating new experiences along Pappas Way, we invite you to share your perspective. Please fill out our short survey below to participate in this ongoing conversation.

We encourage you to answer at your discretion. Your answers are anonymous and will help inform future experiences along Pappas Way. If there are any questions you do not feel comfortable answering, please simply mark "prefer not to answer."
