Engineering Society Teaching Excellence Award Nomination

This form is to nominate an instructor (professors, lecturers or laboratory instructors) for the EngSoc Teaching Excellence Award.
NOT TAs (if you have a TA you would like to nominate a TA for an award, check out the Sandford Fleming TA Awards).

The instructor should have demonstrated one or more of the following qualities:
1. Employed non-conventional teaching techniques
2. Allowed opportunities for experiential learning
3. Showed a commitment and dedication towards ensuring academic success for our students

Please note the instructor must be a faculty member or staff of the Engineering Faculty (This does not include most MATH or PHYS instructors). Nominations are due 5 November.
