Please help South Shore Clean Cities as we put together a snapshot of the amount of petroleum and greenhouse gas emissions Indiana reduced in 2014. Your data will help us reflect to the rest of the U.S. all the activities and initiatives happening in Northern Indiana.

All responses are confidential. Your individual numbers will not be shared with anyone outside the South Shore Clean Cities staff. Any data shared will be aggregate data that reflects the entire coalition. Please fill in each category that best applies to your company. Year always refers to calendar year (January through December), not model year or fiscal year.

South Shore Clean Cities covers 18 counties across Northern Indiana including Lake, Porter, LaPorte, St. Joseph, Elkhart, Lagrange, Steuben, Newton, Jasper, Starke, Marshall, Kosciusko, Noble, DeKalb, Pulaski, Fulton, Whitley, and Benton County.
