The Stitching Hour Custom Order Form
Please make sure you only answer the questions that apply to your piece, and read our custom order policies here. Current turnaround time is 2-6 weeks depending on the project.

Here's what to expect:

I'll reach out with any clarifying questions, a time frame, and an initial pricing range if possible. Once we have a plan, I will send an invoice for a $30 non-refundable deposit before I begin patterning your design, which I'll send to you for approval and adjustments.

When you're happy with it, I will quote an estimated price for the finished piece based on that pattern. This can be broken into two payments (half before I start stitching, and half when it's finished), or paid in full before I begin. The deposit goes toward the total cost of the finished piece. I will arrange shipping/pickup/delivery after the piece is finished and the final balance due has been paid.

Feel free to email me at hello@stitchinghourneedlecrafts.com if you have any questions!

As a general rule, the larger and/or more complex a piece, the longer it will take to stitch and therefore the more it will cost. I can't promise to stick strictly to your budget when patterning, but I will factor it in when possible and communicate when it is not.  *
