Instructions: Our law firm, Thompson & Skrabanek, PLLC, may be able to help you collect money owed to you for your freelance or independent contract work. If you answer the following questions, we can get started promptly. This short form should take less than 5-10 minutes.
Please Note: All answers are confidential, and we will not share your information with anyone, even if you do not hire us. However, until a contract is signed, no attorney-client relationship is established.
