Education, Conflict & Peace: Reading & Dialogue Group [Registration]
DESCRIPTION:
This group is a transnational collaboration between Seoul National University's Education, Conflict and Peacebuilding Lab (ECP), Cambridge University's Cambridge Peace and Education Research Group (CPERG), the University of Toronto's OISE-CIDE Education, Conflict & Peacebuilding (ECP) group, and the University of Sydney School of Education and Social Work.
Between November 8th and December 9th we will be holding four sessions to discuss texts within the theme of education, conflict & peace. This form is to register, vote on meeting dates, and suggest potential readings. The organizers will email you further details of the meeting dates/times, readings, and virtual link to join. Please complete this form by OCTOBER 22nd.
PRINCIPLES OF THE SPACE:
This reading group aims to create a safe space for discussion and learning. It is an inclusive space catering for people at all stages of their learning. All participants agree to create and maintain a safe space for learning and discussion. Should moments of unease arise, participants are encouraged to use these very human moments as teachable moments, approaching topics and themes with a conscientious lens.
