Do you love Bluegrass music and singing traditional Appalachian songs?  Do you love making art and exploring your creative side? Join us for an exclusive 3-day/2 night Music and Arts retreat at the enchanting Snug Hollow Farm. Guided by two experienced Artists and Musicians, this retreat is designed to nourish your creative side while surrounded by an inspiring Eastern Kentucky landscape.  

What You’ll Experience:

• Music making:  Vocal play, deep listening, toning, exploring harmony

• Art making: Create and illustrate your own personalized Song Book to take home.  All materials will be provided. 

• Daily Organic, Vegetarian, Breakfast, Snacks and Dinner prepared by the amazing Snug Hollow Farm Staff

• One special evening with a more formal, 7 course dinner, with Live Appalachian Stringband Music!

• Song circles around the fire at night to relax and settle in for the night 

• Morning and afternoon walks to explore the beautiful and serene 300 acres of Snug Hollow Farm

• Time to Rest and Reconnect with others- Enjoy quiet moments to relax, reflect, and restore.  

• A smooth transition back to reality.  - you leave with new friends, a new song book to use at home, and a feeling of joy, rejuvenation and inner peace

• Dates: August 30-Sept 1, 2025

• Location: Snug Hollow Farm & Bed and Breakfast, an idyllic setting to reconnect with yourself and nature

• Cost: $770 per person (includes lodging, daily breakfast, snacks and dinner, retreat activities, intimate bluegrass concert during a 7 course meal one night, access to skilled practitioners, and finished book to take home).

• Two Payments of $385 made to Theresa Adamchik

• 1st payment due May , 2025
