Confirmation Online Journal Form
Confirmation Students: We want to help you grow and build a helpful skill in worship & Bible study. Journals are a great way to think about your relationship with God and connect in worship. We can’t wait to hear what you have to say!
Please journal your experience on one of these sheets at least once a month. You will need to write at least 5 complete and thoughtful sentences (hard copy or electronic) on a topic you choose below or at least three complete and thoughtful sentences plus a drawing (hard copy only). ***Remember, you need 12 worship journals per year for Confirmation no later than the last Sunday in April each year.***
If you print this form, turn this form into the hallway mailbox that says CONFIRMATION. (IF you are doing this form electronically, please note that you will have to print the form and turn it in with the drawing.) Additionally, be prepared to answer questions on your experience if asked by one of our leaders.)

What was your favorite part of worship today? Why? What about your least favorite part? Why?
What question(s) do you have about what you heard or what we did in church? Who can you ask to help you answer it, & when will you ask them?
