In mindfulness meditation, we focus on a specific thing, often times our breath, and try to bring our attention to that anchor.
You can do it anywhere or anytime. There isn’t a hard and fast protocol to follow and you don’t need to spend hundreds of hours to get training before you can start meditating.
To practice this meditation, all you need is a comfortable position and start bringing your attention to your breath. Though its a simple technique but hard to implement. And more you practice better you get at it.So let's begin this journey by filling up the form below.
