This application is for those who already completed yoga teacher training at the 200 hour level and are interested in participating in either Lila Yoga Training (LYT—to further advance your studies and practices of LIFE) or Lila Yoga Teacher Training (LYTT—to further advance your studies and practices of yoga/life and…prepare for teaching). The curriculum is the same, only there are fewer requirements for the LYT.

PLEASE NOTE: LYT/LYTT500 scheduled will be set once we know who is in the program. That way we can best accommodate us all. That is ONE benefit of being a small group. Most likely it will be as follows:
• Weekend intensives at Lila Yoga Studios from Aug to May during most months.
• Approximately 8-10 days in India studying at KYM (during winter break, spring break or in May)
• Could also include some specially scheduled weekday evenings at Lila Yoga Studios or Erica’s home.
