.... AND DON'T FORGET TO READ THIS BIT!

Thanks so much for offering to volunteer at Triple R. Volunteers are the lifeblood of the station and we're always keen to welcome newcomers and provide long term supporters with opportunities to get involved. However, we need to let you know that we do get a much larger number of applicants than we are able to place in ongoing volunteer roles and it can take some time to match people up to a position. If you are looking for general experience in the broadcasting industry you may be better served by another community station that is in greater need of volunteers and could engage you straight away in a hands on role. A list of stations can be found on the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia website - www.cbaa.org.au. If your interest is really on the broadcast / on-air side, then you might want to check out the broadcast training section on our website - http://www.rrr.org.au/contact-us/radio-training/. Graduates from that can move onto Graveyard shifts and that is the best process for getting onto the Program Manager's radar. But if it's non-broadcast volunteering at Triple R that you're after then please hit the submit button below and your application will be finalised. We will be in touch when a role comes up that suits your interests. Thanks again!
