I have received and read a copy of the Creston Community Consolidated School District #161 Student Handbook. I understand that the handbook contains information that my child and I may need during the school year. We agree to comply with all of the policies and procedures as they are outlined in this document and will address questions to the appropriate recipient.  I also understand that all students will be held accountable for their behavior and may be subject to the disciplinary consequences outlined in this planner.
