Join us at our FallFest at Tony’s Gym in Burleson. This event will take place all outdoors in the parking lot of Tony’s Gym.
We will have booths after booths of small business vendors, Trick-or-Treating at every vendor booth, hayrides, kids activities, BLU THE REAL LIFE VELOCIRAPTOR....and SO much more!,,

Saturday, October 26th 2019
10 a.m.- 3p.m. •ONE DAY ONLY•
This event is all outdoors (first come/first serve)
Early-Bird Special (deadline August 1st)- $50
August 1st- October 1st- $55
Last Minute Registration after October 1st- $60

Electricity is not provided outdoors but you may bring a small generator. Rainout date 10/27/2019

****KIDS WILL BE COMING BY TRICK-OR-TREATING**** Everyone must bring enough candy for the kids and dress themed. Your booth fee comes with ONE POUND BAG OF CANDY. Please bring more since this will be a fun event directed towards the kids.

Vendors may bring tents, tables and chairs if you're needing them. They are not mandatory. Weights are mandatory on tents. Vendors are RESPOSIBLE for the disposal of their own trash. If ANY trash is left over, you will not be allowed to attend any events hosted by Maxon Production & Events. Proper bin disposal will be provided by Maxon Production & Events.

This is a Family-friendly event. Product approval on all vendors will be enforced.

ONE vendor per company are allowed, (Scentsy, Jamberry, etc) and 5 per category since this will be a large event hosting over 100 vendors. Vendor spaces are not assigned. Spaces are first come/first serve. We will have our team directing each vendor to spaces side by side starting from the front to the back.

Vendor set up 7-9 a.m. Saturday. Show hours are Saturday 10a.m.-3p.m. Breakdown after 3pm. Your receipt will serve as your confirmation. Also, please invite everyone on your area client list, via social media, websites, direct mail, etc. Please go to the Facebook event page, please post pics of your product line and "join" so that it reflects that you're going...invite everyone you know :)

All booth sales are final. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, please send someone else to cover your booth/line. The event will still go on, rain or shine. If you bring children to this event, they are to stay with you at your booth, no unsupervised children are permitted. No dogs, unless they are certified service dogs.

All photos taken by Maxon Production & Events can be used on their webpage and Facebook page for advertisement and promotions.
