Survey on access in EU Member States
This questionnaire aims to assess the views of key stakeholders on questions on equity in access to health care treatment and services in EU28. Access to healthcare will be addressed though the 5A’s Principle of access, as developed by the European Patients Access Partnership (PACT): Adequate, Accessible, Affordable, Appropriate and Available through 13 identified key parameters of a healthcare system. For more information on PACT, please visit www.eupatientaccess.eu.

Your responses will help improve the understanding of quality in the health sector throughout the EU and will serve as building foundation for policy developments towards sustainable, patient-oriented healthcare systems across Europe.
