Empower Ukraine: Expression of Interest in Online Courses & Seminars
The Empower Ukraine project offers free massive open online courses (MOOCs)  and  Continuing Professional Development Seminars (CPD) designed to help Ukrainian engineers, students, and professionals gain practical skills in infrastructure design using Eurocodes—the official European standards.

These courses are ideal for:
  • Civil engineers involved in reconstruction and resilience projects
  • University students and lecturers looking to enhance their knowledge or teach Eurocode principles
  • Policy professionals shaping national design standards and recovery frameworks

You’ll learn how to apply Eurocodes to real-world projects like roads, bridges, hospitals, and energy facilities. Courses will be available online in Ukrainian and English, and many include micro-credentials or certificates upon completion.
