I am exquisitely trained in 1.) art therapy, 2.) mindset, outlook and belief improvement, 3.) meditation techniques and 4.) body based therapy (somatics targeting rewiring thought patterns, nourishing the nervous system and systems of physical and emotional pain management). These are the three pillars of how I help people heal. I am excellent at what I do and may be all you need, but I do always encourage my clients to have a therapist so you can have a rounded out team of people supporting you in your health. *
