This form is to be completed by Wells College students who are hosting overnight guests or guests staying past 12:01 a.m. By completing this form, you are taking responsibility for your guest as the host student, per Wells College Policies.

Overnight guests are limited to one (1) guest per host, and no more than two (2) guests per room. Overnight guests are limited to three (3) nights in a fourteen (14) day period. Guests are not allowed to stay with other students to override the three (3) night policy.
