**Please note that application fees must be paid by Paypal, cash, check or money order prior to the event. Each booth space paid for is entitled to 1 (one) Free Adult Weekend Entry Fee. If you will have additional adults or Youth (13-17), they will need to pay gate fee separately (Pre-Reg Link or they can pay on site)

Please also note: Once you submit your form(s), you should see an invoice from PayPal within 2-3 days to the email listed on the form(s) submitted. If you have not seen the email after 5 days, please reach out to
esmaantir@gmail.com

Merchant payments must be received on or before January 20th if paying via PayPal
to be considered registered. Form closes on January 10th at 10:00pm to allow the 10 day period of payment allowed by PayPal.

Payments can be paid by check or money order, but these must be received in the PO Box by January 12th to be confirmed. Please allow plenty of time if you decide to pay by mail. You will receive a paypal invoice, but can ignore this if you choose to pay by mail. The invoice will be cancelled once the Exchequer receives your check, and you will receive a notification.

All checks to be made out to:
Barony of Aquaterra, SCA Inc.
PO Box 12663
Mill Creek, WA 98082-0663

If you wish to pay by cash, please attend a business meeting prior to Ursulmas and pay this to the Exchequer, or reach out to the Merchant Coordinator (info below) to make arrangements. DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL. Checks/Money Orders can also be submitted at any business meeting to the Exchequer instead of mailing, if preferred.

For questions regarding Merchanting at Ursulmas, please reach out to Xenos Makellares at Scrapmaker@vidarleather.shop

***Please note that due to site/society restrictions, the following must be adhered to:

2) No Covered Structures (ceiling must be open on all structures)
3) No Open Flames (this is an indoor space)
4) No sleeping in the Merchant Hall (we no longer have the sleeping hall at this location, either, unfortunately)
