Nxt is a scam because all Nxt coins are pre-mined
Stakeholders are fake (accounts of the creator, who wanted to be very rich)
It is unfair coin since original holders of Nxt became very rich
Nxt is centralized since most coins are in the hands of about 75 individuals
It is a scam since source code wasn't released (in time when you first read about Nxt)
