Starting:
Trainee Barista: $8/hr 
Barista: $9/hr 
Shift Lead: $10/ hr (Experienced)
Paid training

General Responsibilities and Duties:
* Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages and add-ons options like Boba.
* Keep track of inventory items
* Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
* Request customers to leave us a review
* Maintain clean and sanitized work areas; Counter areas, Sinks, Floor, Restrooms and others.
* Follow health and safety guidelines
* Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
* Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
* Contribute to a positive team environment
* Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
* Scan goods and collect payments
* Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
* Packing macarons , organizing snacks and merchandise
* Taking at least 1-2 photos of drinks made during the shift and share with the employer for marketing use.
* Redeem stamps and coupons if applied
* Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
* Keep reports of transactions
* Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
