Below is our pricing for each phase inspection based on square footage. Payment for each phase inspection is not due until the inspection is actually scheduled and an online payment link is created. Please acknowledge that this form is not an invoice and that you have reviewed the pricing information accordingly. 

*If you are military, first responder, educator or a single parent: please note that a $25 discount can apply to your inspections! Please include this in your notes.
